"resolved" feedback is being weighted really, really weirdly; it appears near
the top of the stream. Ideally it should be at the bottom, appearing after
everything but the junk. Alternately we could have a filter to exclude resolved
feedback, but this sounds like a lot more work from my (admittedly non-techie)
perspective.
