If this is deployment beyond testwiki, then the design is imho a requirement and a blocker for deployment (both usability wise, as well as technically speaking due to the implementation with the problematic absolute-position which conflicts with many other components and gadgets). I don't know the design has been improved on either front since I last reviewed it.
