I uploaded an image and got an error:
"There is one error with the form above. Correct the errors, and try again."
But it was hard to figure out what the problem was exactly. The problem turned
out to be in the coordinates (bug 39553), but this was not apparent because I
still had that section of the form collapsed.
We should uncollapse any section if there is an error detected in it, or
highlight the section.
