Repro:
1. Create a page, then click "go back"
2. Delete the page in another tab
3. Resubmit the form, now the recreation notice is shown, where it has
<textarea style="display:none;" accesskey="," id="wpTextbox1" cols="80"
rows="25" lang="zh" dir="ltr" name="wpTextbox1">
4. WikiEditor still try to attach to it and a toolbar is shown.
