See for instance the URL, which is one provided to translators, not provided by
the extension itself (there's no taction parameter).
It doesn't depend on skin and it's a bit confusing because you see a
proofreading task in the translate tab/view (with neither of "Show all
messages" and "Show untranslated messages" radio buttons selected).
