The testswarm iframe that (I guess) should be including the tests is instead
loading integration.wikimedia.org/testswarm. However interesting that may be,
it means the tests don't actually run. And clicking on the "start running
tests" link in the iframe begins an infinite recursion (that Firefox
intelligently stops after a few iterations).
