Instance page actions are now incorrect since actions require the openstack
style id rather than the ec2 style id. The osid needs to be added to every
instance page. Also, due to the 500 errors in the diablo release, some instance
pages are missing. The maintenance script should cycle through all projects and
update all instance pages.
