Splash screen is currently provided only at 100% scale, and is a little
pixelated at 180% (tested on MacBook Pro Retina display under Parallels 8).
Should be able to do this real easy by adding spacing to the stock icon image,
which we now have a reference SVG copy of in scratch/win8
