Note that if done via irc, just accessing the evil server can be correlated with the irc user (which is usually correlated with the wiki account). If you know the email, you are likely to know the account. You can append a token to the url you make them visit. Where it would be most useful would be when the evil link is at one wiki. Disabling account creation if there's an external referer would drop this concern.
