It's not intuitive at all currently: e.g. even if it copies categories to
subsequent files, the category fields are kept collapsed (which makes me assume
they're empty); also, description field text areas are not enlarged to fit the
size of the text, which makes sometimes impossibile to see what has been copied
in them (if anything).
