The Wikibugs Component (Product: Wikimedia) has a description[1] detailing it
for the I.R.C. bot yet many people seem to put any sort of bugs relating to on
wiki bugs[2]. I suggest renaming this component to something like "Wikibugs
(I.R.C. Bot)".
