I do not know if it has ever been attached. What I know though is that I
created an account there in order to perform a CU. I was actually doing CUs on
a dozen of wikis [1]. When I was done everywhere I obviously needed to remove
the CU bit I had given myself. I therefore opened my SULInfo [2] and sorted the
list of wikis by "Local groups" so I could more easily see the wikis where to
strip the flag off my local accounts.

I have noticed this morning that I never removed the CU bit from myself on
itwikinews, so hypothetically that wiki was at the bottom of the page in the
list of unattached accounts, hence why I never noticed it. So Platonides may be
right, perhaps the account was never attached despites me having a temporary
access to it.
