When an Ext- job as several Extension dependencies, it should only run the
tests for the extension it has been set up for.
Ext-TranslationNotification job has both Translate and TranslationNotification
extensions and incorrectly run the tests from Translate:

We need to adapt the phpunit-extensions target so the directory has the
extension name appended.
