Anda mempunyai a new message (last change)
The system message for new edit in user's talk page display erroneously in
id.wp
It says "Anda mempunyai a new message (last change)" (see attachment). Usually
(up to about last week) it displays correctly "Anda mempunyai pesan baru
(perubahan terakhir)".

But it displays correctly for other languages (for example, I've tried de and
zh)
