Code for ULS is now called in several places, and the extension should be
documented as a requirement. If it is not an requirement it should not be used
in the code.
ULS is now used in wikibase.Site.js line 111 and 112, wikibase.startup.js 147,
wikibase.ui.PropertyEditTool.EditableValue.Interface.js line 198 and 199, and
wikibase.ui.PropertyEditTool.EditableValue.SitePageInterface.js line 88 and 89.
