In #38309 I defined one source for Canada in French. Turns out they have two
competing template systems.
* LPC, this one currently harvested with
https://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mod%C3%A8le:En-t%C3%AAte_de_tableau_LPC and
https://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mod%C3%A8le:Ligne_de_tableau_LPC . This is recent
* LP, this one is not harvested yet with
https://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mod%C3%A8le:En-t%C3%AAte_de_tableau_LP and
https://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mod%C3%A8le:Ligne_de_tableau_LP
The current system should be rename to ca-lpc. New source ca-lp should be
created for the other templates.
The ca-lp results should be inserted after the ca-lpc so it overwrites (trumps)
andy duplicate entries
