For some strange reason the output "Edit history" in action=info for a missing
page is different in en.wikipedia and de.wikipedia:
In https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Uiop&action=info it is just
useless (showing the current time and no editor), while in
https://de.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Uiop&action=info it is nonsense.
