I'm treating this bug as simply the "saved pages do not work offline". I'm not
sure if It would be better to reopen this bug as I think Phil's initial comment
might be confusing.
Another user has reported this ("While offline why the heck it doesn't show the
saved pages as it says it will do ?") User-agent: Opera/9.80 (Android; Opera
Mini/7.0.29952/28.2504; U; en) Presto/2.8.119 Version/11.10 (sadly can't get an
idea of the phone through this user agent)
I wonder what is causing this.
