After a reviewer clicks the “Mark as Deleted” button, a color highlight will be
added to the trash icon , to indicate to other patrollers that this page has
been nominated for deletion.
At the last design review, we discussed using a black background for this color
highlight, for consistency with the black color used for deleted posts on the
New Pages Feed.
