Screenshot of the English Wikipedia using the Monobook skin showing a weird
header indent with a particular CentralNotice banner

When I go to
<http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Wikipedia_Takes_America?banner=WTAmericaSep&useskin=monobook>
in Safari, the <h1> is weirdly indented. It appears to be directly related to
this specific CentralNotice banner. I'm attaching a screenshot of what I'm
seeing. I also noticed the problem in Mozilla Firefox earlier today.
