(Hacker's keyboard https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.pocketworkstation.pckeyboard&hl=en) and then reconfiguring the Input Methods to use this instead of the default keyboard. With this the problem is gone. Also noch such problems on a Motorala Droid4 with the same version.
