* https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Special:UploadWizard?uselang=de
* Upload dummy file
* Proceed
* Select "Diese Datei ist nicht meine eigene Arbeit." (The file is not my own
work)
* Click "Ein weiterer, nicht oben erwähnter Grund." (Further reason)
* The word "Lizenzangabe" (copyright tag) links to the wrong page
(https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Commons:Lizenzvorlagendeed.de -- we got
even spam on that page!) (it would link to the right page if deed.de wouldn't
be appended)
Expected result:
* Valid link to https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Commons:Lizenzvorlagen
