After the change from using "item" and "items" into "entity" and "entities" it
is necessary to specify the individual types of entities in the output from the
API. Preferably with a key-value -pair "type".
In some cases it could be valid to only output this type marker if the
EntityContent is fetched from the page, or if it is available through some
other means.
