The changes to the new message bar from bug 12701 does not have effect on
de.wp. When a user talk page is edited from different users the new message bar
shows only the old text and no hint to the two authors. The message are
customized on de.wp, but no parameter is missing and so this is not the issue.
Please check this, maybe there are schema inconsistency for this table (seen on
[[wikitech:Schema changes]]). What is the status of RT 3514? Thanks.
