The disabled, greyed-out fields in the filter detail view are extremely hard to
read, at least in some web browsers. The text is grey and the background is
very slightly lighter grey.
When the edit field is disabled in "view source" view, the text is black, so
shows up properly against the grey background. This should also be done for the
filter detail view.
