--- Comment #4 from Hazard-SJ <[email protected]> 2012-10-05 03:13:16 UTC --- The text for the French version is lowercase by default (https://translatewiki.net/wiki/MediaWiki:Talkpagelinktext/fr), as is the pt version (https://translatewiki.net/wiki/MediaWiki:Talkpagelinktext/pt), and although the Spanish version is also uppercase by default, it has been changed on [[es:]] to lowercase (https://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/MediaWiki:Talkpagelinktext).
