using mediawiki's master and 9.1+129ubuntu1
until 563de5ffa3337ded559dbf357f8b805436a96551 everything was good, as of
6a2ae3244eb2b8ea9c7dcadb528caca08238913e there are schema changes that running
maintenance/update.php doesn't fix... and shamelessly lies telling "Done."
after some tests DanielK_WMDE_ told me on IRC to report it here.
