Chrome on Android 4.1.1 (Galaxy Nexus)
Ribbon follows along down with us as we scroll down, and tapping the stub
ribbon opens it up to display the language selector.
Clicking on the language selector should activate it, but does nothing.
Scroll back to the top of the page and try it again -- now, and only when at
the top, it works.
