The icon for the left nav bar is missing in Opera Mini, though there's space
for the icon. Tapping on the empty area does nothing. There doesn't appear to
be any fallback alternative (eg if it's missing just because JS is disabled or
something).
The ribbon also doesn't show; though a language drop-down menu displays between
the top bar and the content so at least language switching is available.
We probably disable a bunch of JS on Opera Mini, though it's apparently
actually pretty capable. Should look into this in more detail.
