On the Wikimedia Blog, the title argument of the search box is "Search
Wikipedia [f]", which clearly makes no sense, because, last time I checked, the
Wikimedia Blog wasn't Wikipedia...
The bug is easy to find: just go on any page of the Wikimedia Blog
(blog.wikimedia.org) and hover the mouse over the search box. The tooltip with
"Search Wikipedia [f]" will appear.
