background):
1) For en.Wikipedia, provide a page at
http://en.wikipedia.org/open about the availability of our content as open data
based on or transcluding the draft at:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Slash-open
(or redirect that short URL to that page).
ii) Create similar pages for other language Wikipedias, and for other Wikimedia
projects.
iii) consider doing the same for /contact and /accessibility pages, etc.
