I formally suggest in this bugzilla, as a project for our paid contractors or
to whom else

* to develop a MediaWiki extension similar to
https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension:OpenID
* using the new open source "PERSONA" scheme
* to be compliant with MediaWiki Auth plugin concept
