Since the upgrade the instance types are a lot smaller disk wise.
Due to the issues with gluster/mysql we really need some 4/8gb ram 50-100gb
disk flavours.
Until these are available we can't fix the memory related issues on the bot's
sql servers nor upgrade them to precise.
