As it is possible to edit only a single section, it would be nice to watch only
a single section.
I have often been unable to cope with having a large frequently-changing
article on my watchlist, whereas I might be able to watch one small section of
it (whichever section is the most interesting for me, or whichever section I
contributed to), and it would be nice to have the option of watching only that
section. Even if the instructions say it should be used as a last resort (as
watching a whole article is contributing more), I think somebody who watches
one section is contributing more than if they were so overwhelmed as to not
watch the article at all.
