Error message: "return_to does not match return URL. Expected http://bocpages.org/wiki/Special:OpenIDLogin/Finish, got http://bocpages.org/wiki/Special:OpenIDLogin/Finish?janrain_nonce=2009-06-21T14%3A14%3A59ZTOBqsT"; Return to Main Page." Reverting to the 1.14.x version fixed the problem, but unfortunately I remain unable to verify this specific bug fix.
