+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #41016 +++
The Finish Wikipedia would like to use Flagged revisions, without the core
Wikimedia patrolling functionalities.
Soon after they've asked to implement this setup, an issue occurred: there is
no mechanism allowing in [[Special:NewPages]] to distinguish reviewed from yet
to review pages.
It would be interesting to add:
* CSS classes to identify these changes
* an (unreviewed change) indication to each revision line

(mention to add, css class here with a different background)

(notification area)
I think it would be best to have a configuration option for this behavior, with
a default value of !$wgUseNPPatrol.
