deployment-video04(10.4.1.19) is unable to connect to deployment-sql(10.4.0.53)
in php, but also mysql client fails.
even telnet does not get a response:
telnet 10.4.0.53 3306
Trying 10.4.0.53...
connection to deployment-sql on port 22 via ssh works.
