In QuantityValue there is an accuracy for the quantity of some unit. The
accuracy of some kind of measurement is a rather complex beast and often
relates to probabilities and hard bounds. An unspecified numeric accuracy can
be rather confusing.
That said it is kind of difficult to imagine something intuitive and simple for
non-technical people.
