It's broken for days now. I think I did hundreds of purges. But it's like "purge" is fake. Nothing happens. This icon is the toolbar icon of one of my tools that is used by dozens of users. They can't use the tool because of this bug. It's more than a year now that there are major problems with the tumbnail servers. See bug 28613 and many others.
