Sending out a translation notification on Meta resulted in a "Wikimedia
Foundation error" page, with the following message:

Error: ERR_READ_TIMEOUT, errno [No Error] at Sun, 14 Oct 2012 07:48:30 GMT
The requested notifications appear to have been sent out alright though. The
translation notifications log entry read as follows:
