The message [[MediaWiki:Revreview-reject-text-revto]] contains three
placeholders $1, $2 and $3 but currently the delivered values are shifted by
one.
$1 is a mysterious "Parseinline" string,
$2 is the article title and
$3 is the revision id.
This results in non-working links like "Dies wird die Seite auf die
[//de.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Parseinline&oldid=Andrea_Hlaváčková
Version vom 108090473] zurücksetzen." in all Wikipedias.
