It might be impossible to implement, but I am sure many users will wonder why
it does not work, so here is the idea:
1) Select some text with the mouse
2) Press the mouse over the selected text
3) While staying pressed, move the mouse to somewhere else, then release the
mouse button.
Expected: The text is cut-pasted from origin to destination.
Actual: Nothing happens.
