The Ajax search suggestion/TitleKey index seems broken on enwiki.
Typing "f" in the search field and I get "france" , "Football...", "federal..."
as first suggestions instead of the expected alphabetic order.
Could running extensions/TitleKey/rebuildTitleKeys.php help?
