I don't see any instance of the wrong translation anywhere in the wiki (either that or my computer's Ctrl+F fails me). Note however that your bug request sounds a lot like a translation issue with the MediaWiki:Portal page (which seems to have been deleted on September 13, 2012), can you verify that this is the page you wish to change?
