If requesting the mobile site in IE 10 on my Surface RT, I get the
non-JavaScript version of the mobile site:
* 'go' button in the search bar
* no typeahead search
* no collapsed sections
Windows 8/rt gets the desktop site by default, but some folks may prefer the
touch site so we shouldn't explode on it. :)
