I'm sure I've seen this reported before, but can't find it if so. It's just
come up again.
Basically the CU logs completely disregards certain checks.
In this case, checkuser X looks up the edits for user Y:
* The check is not shown when "Find log entries where the target is Y" is
selected, and it appears no checks took place - highly misleading in checkuser
cases.
* By contrast "Find log entries where the initiator is X" does show those
checks. But you need to know (or guess) the checkuser and the rough time of
their check, to do that.
