So? This is how we use special subpages. It makes perfect sense to apply it to
Special:{WhateverWeCallTheRenamedVersionPage}. The fact that the current
Credits implementation doesn't support a url param, lowercase, and i18n is
simply an implementation bug.

Side note. We're talking about CREDITS here. But isn't everyone forgetting
about something else? We have the same issue with COPYING. That also needs to
be handled. And having a third special page just makes the special page idea
even uglier.
