Wikis use weird things like [[Template:Interface explanation]] when the /qqq
pages are immediately available everywhere: it would be extremely useful
(especially for customisation), and not too hard I hope, to include them
automatically somewhere, e.g. below [[mw:MediaWiki:Protectedinterface]], with
some sanitisation (for templates that exist only on translatewiki.net etc.).
