I would like to set the text of MediaWiki:noarticletext to include
{{DISPLAYTITLE:404 Not Found}} so that not created pages have "404 Not Found"
in the <title> tag.
This works when I visit [[MediaWiki:noarticletext]], but not when I visit
[[SomeRandomRedlink]] and I think it should.
