I wonder if bug 40737 is related, but I'm likely wrong.
I deleted https://commons.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?title=Rothkoff as I thought
the page was out of scope.
Then I noticed the page was meant as a user page, so I restored it.
I moved https://commons.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?title=Rothkoff to
https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/User:Zev_Rothkoff , but
https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/User:Zev_Rothkoff got crated in the meantime
so I had to delete it to make the way free to move.
After then I restored the edits.
So now all the edits are on the right place, but this is the only thing I see
in the history:

I frequently clicked on the purge button, but it's not working.
